Employee certification
Certification of Toyota dealership employees is a long and time-consuming process. The employees have to pass a training course, and only after that they have to pass the exam. If the exam is passed, the dealership employee will be certified and receive a special Toyota diploma. These days, thanks to our distributor Toyota Central Asia official, there were held Toyota Service Management trainings. Toyota Service Management (TSM) is a comprehensive after-sales service development program in Toyota dealerships worldwide.
