
On June 21, we hosted our very first KOINOT DAY
An open-door event for everyone who wanted to get to know the KOINOTI NAV Group better. Students, young professionals, and job seekers interested in building a career with a reliable and ambitious company joined us for a day of open conversation and discovery.For us, it was important not just to talk about job opportunities, but to show who we are — what we value, how our teams work, what sets us apart, and what we offer to those who are ready to grow with us.During the event, participants had the opportunity to:Learn more about our group’s structure and business areasMeet representatives from HR, marketing, and other departmentsExplore our corporate benefits and workplace cultureJoin a giveaway and win branded prizesAsk any questions and receive honest, open answersThe event took place at the AtS Training Center and included office tours, team presentations, career consultations, and informal networking. Many attendees said the atmosphere of KOINOT DAY helped them gain a deeper understanding of our company culture and the opportunities for growth within our group.We believe this event will become a meaningful tradition — and we’re already planning the next KOINOT DAY.
